Resume interrupted/dead download links with IDM

Here, we  are going to teach you how to resume any interrupted / corrupted / dead links from HeavenLeecherZ. Well, to be honest the project is still on Beta Version, so it is expected to have several errors, problems. Some of  users report that, their download progression often got cut off for some internal server problem, and we realize it is totally stressful to start the downloads from the very beginning.

Actually, you dont have to do that.. :) Let’s follow this tutorial how to resume the interuppted downloads :)  

 

 

TUTORIAL STARTS!

 

FIRST OF ALL : Please Re-Generate Your Link,  (the same one you wish to resume) , And Copy The Premium Link.

 

STEP ONE :- 1. Do not delete the corrupted download or this trick cannot be done. Next, open up your browser and download the file again by pasting new link in the browser’s address bar. Now you got two files, the corrupted one and the new one which you are downloading.

 

 

STEP TWO :- 2. Open IDM main window, right click on the new file and select properties.

 

STEP THREE :- 3. Copy the Address.  (Remeber to Select All first)

 

 

STEP FOUR :- 4. Next, right click on the corrupted file and select properties. Overwrite the Address with the copied address of the new file and click on the “OK” button. Done. 

 

 

Step Five :- 5. Now, you can resume your corrupted file :) And you will see that it will be start downloading
